Juke Bokks Commission T.O.S.

Hello, and thank you for showing an interest in commissioning me! Please read my terms of service thoroughly and fill out a commission form at the end to claim a slot.

General Info

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request or cancel a commission at any point in the process for any reason.

  • All base prices are starting and may increase depending on the complexity of the character design or desired pose. Complexity fees can range from $5-$15.

  • All commission backgrounds will be simple. I may use one or a combination of flat colors, textures, gradients, patterns, and simple shapes to complement the subject. You can request a background as long as it fits those criteria, and you can also request clear background PNGs.

  • Additional characters are 2x the base price.

  • My T.O.S. is subject to change. Last updated: 10/17/24

*Comic and Colorful style will automatically come unshaded with mild highlights. For an extra $10, these styles can have added rendering.

  • Can Draw: Original characters, established characters, couples, anthros/furries, ferals, humans, humanoids, real people, fantasy races, mythical creatures, monsters

  • Won't Draw: NSFW, fetishes, gore, nudity, excessively detailed and complex designs, elaborate scene backgrounds, extreme body horror, realism, political figures, copying other artists' art styles, and anything problematic in nature

Payment

  • Prices are in USD currency and payment must be upfront before I begin. I accept PayPal and CashApp.

  • If you use PayPal, please provide the email linked to it so I can send an invoice.

  • Should a commission exceed $150, a payment plan can be arranged (half upfront, and the rest after completion).

Commission Process

  • Once the payment has been fulfilled, I will start your commission as soon as possible.

  • First, I will work on the initial sketch of the subject and show it to you once it’s done. During this time, please let me know if I need to make any revisions to the pose, character, etc. Once you, the client, have approved the sketch, no further revisions can be made to the pose.

  • Turnaround time is about 1-4 days. I’m usually a fast worker, but please know it can take longer depending on several factors. I also have other things to do outside of artwork, so your patience will always be appreciated! I will be sure to communicate with you should anything come up that might delay me working on your commission.

  • I don’t do deadlines, so please plan accordingly. You may ask for WIP screenshots, and you can check the progress of your commission via my Trello.

  • Once the commission is finished, I will show you the final product. I can make up to three minor corrections (like adding a design feature I forgot), but major edits (like changing colors) and passing the limit will cost $10 per revision.

  • I will email you the final product or send it via Discord. Afterward, I may post your commission on my social media sites with your permission.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds cannot be made after the sketch has been approved by you, the client.

  • If I'm unable to complete your commission and have not started working on it for any reason, I will refund you your payment in full as soon as possible.

  • If I no longer feel comfortable continuing to work with you and cancel the process after sketch approval, I will refund you half the amount you paid for the commission.

Commission Use

  • I retain the rights to the commission itself (not the character) unless you, the client, purchase the full rights for it. I may use your commission for portfolio use, self-promotion, or example work.

  • Feel free to use your commission for whatever you'd like as long as it is for personal use. Please make sure I am clearly and properly credited whenever appropriate.

  • Do not edit over your commission, remove my signature/watermark, or claim you made it.

  • Do not use your commission for commercial use unless you, the client, and I, the artist, have discussed and agreed upon the terms before the commission process starts. Additional licensing fees will need to be applied.

  • Do not use your commission for NFTs or anything associated with Crypto Currencies.

  • Do not use your commission for AI training or anything associated with AI imaging.

  • Become a regular, and you'll receive a free bonus drawing every other commission! Regulars are clients who have commissioned me at least four times.

  • Include any one of my characters in your commission and you'll get a 20% discount!
